Warriparinga Cultural & Historical Tour

This tour will take you on a private walk around the stunning Warriparinga Wetlands and the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre. You will have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the historical and cultural significance of the site, learning about the traditional Kaurna uses for the area. Our experienced tour guides will offer to answer any of your questions while they escort you through a range of stops.

Meeting Point

Meet your guide at the reception desk inside the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre, located on Warriparinga Way, Bedford Park (off Sturt Road).

What to Bring

Please be prepared with suitable attire, including hat, sunscreen and umbrella (if required). Bring your own water bottle and water. 

Accessibility

This tour requires a low level of fitness. The walking route will cover a distance of approximately 1km and will involve walking on grass and concrete/gravel paths. This route and venue is accessible for wheelchair and mobility aid users.

Booking Request

Please note this submission is a request only. An SCI team member will manually review availability and confirm your booking, from then you will receive a confirmation email. If your selected timeslot is unavailable, alternative options will be provided. If you have already paid and are unable to agree on a new time, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Policy

This experience requires a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 80% owing will be due 7 days after your experience date. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or invoice.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an experience, 72 hours or more notice is required. If notified of a cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your experience departure time, 50% of the total experience cost will be required to be paid (minus the 20% deposit). This cancellation fee will be sent out via invoice and will be required to be paid within 7 days. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation via email to [email protected].

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule an experience, 24 hours or more notice is required. If notified of a request to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your experience start time, then the full cancellation policy applies. A request to reschedule will only be effective when we receive written confirmation via email to [email protected].
