Fairford House Board Room

Located in the heritage listed Fairford House, the board
room is full of character and functionality. This room features a large, fixed
table to comfortably seat 12 people, with an exterior door to access the
Warriparinga grounds.

Inclusions

Hire includes Wi-Fi, screen, whiteboard, tea and coffee
provisions, and water.

Access Times

Access to the venue will begin at the start time selected on
your booking, and access will conclude at the selected end time for your
booking.  

Early Access

Early access (prior to 9am) to the venue is an additional surcharge of $50.00 per hour. This is subject to availability and will be accepted at the discretion of Southern Cultural Immersion. Please note this request in the 'special requirements' section of the booking form. Any applicable surcharge will be calculated and added to your booking by the SCI team after your request is received.

Catering

SCI does not offer any in-house catering services; however,
we can provide a list of local recommendations on request. Please note, it is
the responsibility of the booking organisation or individual to manage all
aspects of their catering. This is inclusive of organisation, delivery, set-up
and clean-up of any catering brought to the venue. SCI does not provide any
services for the management of external catering.

Accessibility

The Living Kaurna Cultural Centre venue is accessible for
wheelchair and mobility aid users.

Location

The Fairford House Board Room is located inside Fairford House, the second building on Warriparinga Drive. It is a white building with a green door - enter through this door and the first right door inside to access the venue. If you require assistance, please visit the front reception inside the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre. Please share location details with all participants attending. 

Booking Request

Please note this submission is a request only. An SCI team
member will manually review availability and confirm your booking, from then
you will receive a confirmation email. If your selected timeslot is
unavailable, alternative options will be provided. If you have already paid and
are unable to agree on a new time, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Policy

This booking requires a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure
your booking. The remaining 80% owing will be due 7 days after your booking
date. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or invoice.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a booking, 72 hours or more notice is
required. If notified of a cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your
booking start time, 50% of the total experience cost will be required to be
paid (minus the 20% deposit). This cancellation fee will be sent out via
invoice and will be required to be paid within 7 days. A cancellation will only
be effective when we receive written confirmation via email to [email protected].

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule a booking, 24 hours or more notice
is required. If notified of a request to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to
your booking start time, then the full cancellation policy applies. A request
to reschedule will only be effective when we receive written confirmation via
email to [email protected].
